Understanding Total Orders with Charges in Billing
We have updated the Previous Activity section of the billing pages to include the total number of orders. This enhancement provides greater transparency, allowing you to see a complete summary of your orders, including those from previous months.
To ensure clarity on how the number of orders is calculated:
- The total orders charged for shipping may differ from the pick pack numbers due to split shipping or orders carried over from the previous month.
- Charges for previous months may occur due to invoice corrections (e.g., incorrect zones or volumetric charges).
This update ensures that all order-related data is clearly presented in one place, making it easier to track charges and reconcile your invoices.

Zone Breakdown Reports
We're excited to introduce Zone Breakdown Reports - a new feature that brings greater transparency to pricing structures where postal code mapping varies from courier to courier.
What's New:
- Zone Breakdown Reports: Downloadable from the Pricing page, offering detailed breakdowns of international country codes and domestic postal code prefixes.
- Zones in Billing Reports: The Order Transactions Report now includes the Receiver Zone for each shipment, enhancing billing transparency.
Where to Find It
You can now access Zone Breakdown Reports directly from the Pricing page. Each rate card option includes a dedicated download link for its zone breakdown report.
- Navigate to the Pricing page
- Locate your rate card and scroll down to the Shipping Prices table
- Click the new download button for Zone Breakdown Report
