Previous Activity
Access historical transaction data through the Previous Activity section on the Billing homepage.
- Scroll down to Previous Activity in the Billing section.
- Use the Dropdowns to filter by month.
- Review all transactions, including surcharges, for the selected period.
Understanding Total Orders in Billing
The Previous Activity section also includes the total number of orders charged for that month.
To ensure clarity on how the number of orders is calculated:
- The total orders charged for shipping may differ from the pick pack numbers due to volumetric charges or orders carried over from the previous month.
Charged Transactions from Previous Months
Charges for previous months may occur due to invoice corrections (e.g., incorrect zones or volumetric charges).
To help you track these charges more effectively, we have separated these reports by month.
Detailed Transaction Information
Click the hyperlinked Charges for XYZ month for detailed transaction information.
Here, you will find:
- The date and time of the transaction
- The Billing service (pick pack, fuel surcharge, storage, etc.)
- Invoice Reference (hyperlinked)
- The order charged to the invoice
- Description of the charge
- Cost
