You can view your claim refund transactions in three ways:
- In the Billing Summary section of the Order Details page
- In the Previous Activity section and its attached CSV files.
- Through a specific Credit Note and its attached CSV files
If you’ve received service credits from accepted claims, here’s how you can locate and confirm those refunds within your account.
Please note: These credits are issued to you, and not to your customer directly. It’s up to you to decide if and how you want to pass on these credits to your customers through your own policies.
Viewing Credit Notes in the Billing Summary of the Order Details page
When a claim has been refunded, the transaction will show on the order details page.
- Open the Paid claim
- Scroll down to the Billing Summary section
- View Credit Note with Service Credit listed.

You are also able to click through to the credit note for more detailed information on the refund.

Locating Service Credits under Previous Activity
Additionally, you can find your total Service Credits for the month by scrolling down to the Previous Activity section on the Billing section homepage.

Finding Specific Credit Notes
- Head to Billing from the sidebar.
- View your currency wallet by clicking View.

Use the Filter feature to view only credit notes.

Under the Activity column, you will find Claims.

Each credit note will have a Credit Note Transactions CSV file attached. Click the icon to export the data for more detailed information.
