The Get Rates feature makes it easy to compare shipping options and fulfill orders directly in Borderless360. With this tool, you can view rates from your selected couriers, choose your preferred option, or opt for manual fulfillment.
How to Use Get Rates
Locate the Orders:
- Navigate to Orders from the sidebar on your Dashboard.
- Find the order(s) you’d like to manage.
- Click Edit.
Select Get Rates:
- You’ll see three options for the order along the top blue bar:
- Save as Draft: Save your work and revisit later.
- Auto Fulfill: Automatically select a shipping method based on your predefined rules.
- Get Rates: View and compare available shipping options for the order.
- You can also find the Get Rates button in the Courier Information section or along the top bar of the order page.
Review and Choose a Rate:
- Click Get Rates to open a pop-up with available shipping options.
- Review the rates provided by your selected couriers.
- Choose the best option and click Fulfill to complete the process.
Important: If you’re shipping a B2B order, ensure you select the checkbox labeled B2B Order to correctly process the shipment.
Pro Tip: You can re-fulfill orders multiple times as long as they haven’t moved to Fulfilling by 3PL or Shipped, giving you the flexibility to make changes whenever needed.
