Easily track shipped orders to confirm delivery and provide your customers with reassurance.

- From the Dashboard, go to Orders in the sidebar to locate the order(s) you wish to track.
- Click the hyperlinked Tracking Number.
- You can also find a link to the tracking page in the order details page under Courier Information.

This will open a custom tracking page for the selected order, displaying detailed shipment information.

Additionally, you will find a link to the courier’s tracking page for further updates.

Tracking statuses
Status | Meaning |
Pending | The shipment is created but not yet handed over to the courier or processed for shipping. It could also mean the shipment has been handed over, but the courier hasn’t actioned their initial scan yet. |
In Transit | The package is on its way to the destination. It may go through various hubs or sorting facilities. |
Awaiting Collection | The package has arrived at a designated collection point and is waiting for the recipient to pick it up. |
Delivered | The package has been successfully delivered to the recipient or left at the specified address. |
Exception | There is an unexpected issue with the shipment, such as a failed delivery attempt, customs delay, or address problem. |
Expired | The shipment is no longer trackable, often due to a certain amount of time the tracking number is valid in the courier system. |
Returned | The package is on its way back to the sender, typically due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or return initiated by the recipient. |
Lost | The shipment cannot be located and is considered lost in transit. |
