Putting orders On Hold allows you to pause the fulfillment process, offering flexibility in handling orders that aren’t ready to be shipped immediately. Once the order is ready, you can release it from hold and proceed with fulfillment as normal, maintaining control over timing and order accuracy. Here's how:
Putting Orders On Hold

- From the Dashboard, select Orders from the sidebar.
- Locate the orders you wish to put on hold.
- To bulk hold orders, select them using the checkboxes, click Bulk Actions, then select Put on Hold.
Releasing On-Hold Orders

- From the Dashboard, go to Orders and select On Hold from the header.
- Use checkboxes to select orders, then click Bulk Actions > Manifest.
- This will release and fulfill the orders, adding them to the Manifest.
SAME DAY ORDERS
Orders that are to be shipped using same day couriers cannot be edited or cancelled automatically. You can use the in-app ticketing feature to request changes and we will endeavour to make them in time, please note this is not a guarantee.
