The Inventory Page is where you can monitor the stock levels of all products stored at your fulfillment locations or warehouses. This page provides a detailed breakdown of stock status, including available, reserved, fulfilling, incoming, and out-of-stock quantities, giving you complete visibility into your inventory.
Understanding stock levels
You'll want to know when products in your inventory are running low, what is incoming and how much of a particular SKU is available.
Your Inventory page will show you the quantity of stock available at the warehouse, what has been reserved for backorders, what has been reserved for fulfillment and stock that hasn't yet been received in.

To provide better visibility into inventory shortages, the Out of Stock field dynamically calculates shortages based on the number of items in orders that need fulfilling.
- Know What’s Missing: View exactly how many units are needed to fulfill outstanding orders, displayed as values in the Out of Stock column (e.g., 21).
- Enhanced Reporting: CSV exports and APIs now include the Out of Stock Quantity field, giving you more insights into inventory status.
- Dynamic Calculations: Out of stock quantities are automatically calculated based on current stock and pending orders, so you always have up-to-date information.
