Overview of the ASNs Page

A centralized view of all inbound shipments

The ASNs Page (Advanced Shipping Notices) provides a centralized view of all inbound shipments, making it easier to track, manage, and update shipments as they arrive at the warehouse. With real-time receiving and configurable notifications, you can streamline your receiving processes and maintain accurate inventory records.

💡

Tip: You can quickly identify ASNs by their Order ID, which always begins with GVA.

What is an ASN?

An Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) is a notification sent to Borderless360 to provide details about an incoming shipment. It helps streamline the receiving process by giving us advanced visibility into what’s arriving, when it will arrive, and how it should be handled.

Navigating the ASNs Page

To access the ASNs page:

  1. Log in to your Borderless360 account.
  1. From the sidebar, click on ASNs.

The ASNs Page will display all draft, incoming, in review, and received ASNs, providing a quick overview of their status. Key columns include:

  • Order ID: A unique identifier for each ASN.
  • Date: When the ASN was created.
  • Date of Arrival: The expected arrival date at the warehouse.
  • Order Status: The current status of the ASN (e.g., Ready for Fulfillment, Received).

Use the search and filter options at the top to locate specific ASNs or view ASNs by status.
