Order Exports
Borderless360 provides several export options to help you manage and track your orders efficiently. This guide explains the different export types available in our platform.
Export Selection Options
When exporting orders, you can choose which orders to include:
- Selected orders: Export only the specific orders you've selected in the interface
- Current Page: Export all orders displayed on your current page view
- All Orders: Export your complete order history

Depending on your needs, you can choose from the following exports and formats:
Order lines report (.csv)
- A detailed spreadsheet containing individual order line items with SKUs, quantities, prices, serial numbers, batch expiry dates, remaining stock quantities, and other line-specific details

Shipping labels (.pdf)
- Printable labels for shipping packages, containing recipient address, tracking information, and barcodes
Packing slips (.pdf)
- Documents listing all items in an order, designed to be included in packages for customer reference
Commercial invoices (.pdf)
- Official documents required for international shipping, containing detailed information about the goods being shipped
Combined Documents
- Shipping documents (.zip): A compressed file containing all shipping-related documents, including commercial invoices and packing slips
How to Export Orders
- Navigate to the Orders page in your Borderless360 dashboard
- Select the orders you wish to export (if using the "Selected orders" option)
- Click the "Export" button
- Choose your desired export selection (Selected, Current Page, or All Orders)
- Choose the export you would like.
- Wait for the system to generate your export. Depending on the export size, you will either receive an email with a download link, or the export will go straight to your downloads folder.
Note: Large exports containing many orders may take several minutes to generate. You'll receive a notification when your export is ready to download.
