Some items, like earrings or swimwear, may have restrictions on returns. You can mark these as Non-Returnable either individually or in bulk.
To mark a single item as Non-Returnable:
- Open the product in the Product Page.
- Toggle Eligible for Return to the off position.
- Click Save.
To mark items in bulk:
- Open the Products Page.
- Select the products to update.
- Click Actions > Mark as Non-Returnable or Mark as Returnable > Confirm
