There are two types of orders you can create directly from The Orders Page: In-Store Orders and Ad-Hoc Orders.
- In-Store Orders require products from your existing inventory.
- Ad-Hoc Orders don’t need existing inventory; they’re created with new product details.
Creating new In-Store orders
- From the Orders Page, click the New Order shortcut button.
- Use the Order Products search bar to select products from your inventory.
- Add a Reference Number and any relevant Notes.
- For international shipping, include a Brief Description of the product, and select a Reason of Export and Terms of Trade from the drop-down menus.
- Enter the Receiver's Details. For orders shipping to China, upload photos of both the front and rear of the Chinese ID.
- Specify the Package dimensions and weight, then click Get Rates to generate shipping options.
- Select a shipping option using the radio button, then click Save.
Once saved, the order will be fulfilled. For international orders, ensure all fields are complete.
Creating new Ad-Hoc orders
You'll first need to enable Ad-Hoc orders. To do this:
- From the Dashboard, choose Settings from the sidebar.
- Choose Configuration from the header bar.
- In the Order Configuration area, switch Ad-Hoc Orders to 'Enable.'
- Click Save.
Once enabled, follow these steps to create an Ad-Hoc order:
- Select Orders from the sidebar.
- Next to the Create Order button, click the dropdown menu, select Ad-Hoc, then click Create Order.
- In the Order Details area, click + Add Product to add product details. Repeat this step to add multiple products as needed.
- Add a Reference Number and any relevant Notes.
- For international shipping, include a Brief Description of the product, and select a Reason of Export and Terms of Trade.
- Enter the Receiver's Details. For orders shipping to China, upload photos of both the front and rear of the Chinese ID.
- Specify the Package dimensions and weight, then click Get Rates to generate shipping options.
- Select a shipping option using the radio button, then click Save.
After saving, the order will be fulfilled. For international orders, ensure all fields are complete.
Copying An Order
If you wish to make a copy of an order, it's simple:
- From the Orders page, select an order by its Order ID.
- Click Copy in the header.
- A new order will be generated, allowing you to adjust details as needed
Fulfilling an Order
Borderless360 provides options for fulfilling multiple orders at once or individually, allowing you to manage your orders based on your needs.
How to Fulfill an Order
You can action individual orders from within the Order Details page. There are two ways to fulfill orders here:
- Auto Fulfill: Apply your predefined shipping rules to the order and fulfill
- Get Rates: Access available couriers and rates.
Auto Fulfill
To use your predefined shipping rules, simply hit the Auto Fulfil button in the top right of the page to fulfil your orders.
Get Rates
- Get Rates is shown in the Courier Information section and along the top bar.
- Once you've clicked Get rates, a pop up will appear. You'll be able to see your available options for shipping the order, based on your chosen courier mix. Select your preferred fulfillment method and click Fulfill.
- You'll note below an option for Manual Fulfillment. This allows you to organise your own courier outside of B360. To do so, enter your tracking details and courier, then click Fulfil Manually.
You can re-fulfil orders as many times as you wish providing they haven't been shipped.
Bulk Fulfilling Orders
Alternatively, you can fulfill multiple orders at once using the "Bulk Actions" menu on the Orders Page. Here’s you can easily fulfill, cancel, hold, or take other actions on multiple orders simultaneously.
To fulfil several orders at the same time:
- From the Dashboard, choose Orders from the sidebar.
- Select the orders using the radial buttons.
- Click Bulk Actions
- You'll have a number of options:
- Draft: This saves your progress until you're ready to continue with the order.
- Cancel: Cancels your orders in Borderless360.
- Fulfil: Borderless360 will determine the best way to ship the order based on your predetermined shipping rules.
- Put on Hold: Places your orders on hold.
- Manifest: Manifests your orders.
- Copy: Copies your orders.
- Select Fulfil. You'll see the order status update to Ready For Fulfillment.
