We support tracking of batch numbers (also called serial numbers) and expiry dates throughout your order lifecycle. This article explains how the feature works, what’s required, and where you’ll see the data.
What This Feature Enables
- See which batch and expiry was shipped for each product on the Orders Page
- Export batch and expiry from your Order Lines Report and Packages Report
- Enhance traceability for regulated or sensitive inventory (e.g. supplements, skincare, electronics)
Where You’ll See Batch & Expiry Data
Order Details Page: You can view the batch and expiry information associated with a shipped order directly from the Orders Page
- Go to Orders.
- Open a shipped order.
- Scroll to the Serial Numbers section on the right of the page.
The table displays:
- Product: The product name and SKU
- Serial number: The batch or serial number allocated to the product
- Expiry date: The expiry date associated with that batch
Where an order contains multiple tracked products, each product will appear as a separate row.
Batch and expiry information will only appear where enabled and the relevant information was recorded during fulfilment.
