Over time, some products may no longer be relevant or active. Archiving products helps keep your Products Page organized and ensures that only active products are available for order creation. You can also unarchive products if they become relevant again.
Tip: Use the Archived tab to quickly access and manage archived products.
How to archive products
- Go to the Products page.
- Select the product(s) you want to archive.
- Click Bulk Actions, then choose Mark as Archived.
How to unarchive products
- Filter for archived products using the Archived tab.
- Select the product(s) to unarchive.
- Click Bulk Actions, then choose Revert from Archived.
Archived products cannot be added to orders. If attempted, an error alert will notify you, and the order will be flagged as Action Required.
