How to access the AI Agent
You can open the AI Agent from anywhere inside your Borderless360 dashboard.
Option 1: Left-hand navigation panel
- Click the AI Agent tab in the side menu.
- Start a new conversation or explore the Demo Project.
Option 2: Search bar at the top
Start typing your question directly into the search bar at the top of your dashboard.
This instantly opens a new chat with the Agent.
When you open the AI Agent, you can:
- Watch a short video demo showing how it works and the use cases it supports.
- Explore a Demo Project with sample prompts, charts, and workflows.
- Begin typing your own questions to start a conversation instantly.

Chats
Chats are the core workspace of the AI Agent.
Each chat saves its own:
- History
- Context
- Follow-up questions
- Workflow outputs
Start a new chat when you switch tasks, explore a different topic, or want a clean thread for a team discussion.
Projects
Projects help you organise conversations however your team works.
- Group related chats into Projects to stay organised.
- Explore the Demo Project for examples.
- Note: once a chat has been created, it cannot be moved between Projects.
Additional features
- Rename chats to keep your workspace clear and searchable
- Clear conversations to start fresh while keeping outputs saved elsewhere
- Edit project titles and descriptions for team clarity
- Delete chats and projects to maintain a tidy and focused workspace
