How it works
Messages go directly to our client success inbox and are handled by the same team that manages your account across all other channels.
We have most of our client contacts saved. If we don't recognise your number, you'll receive an automated message asking for your name and company — just reply and we'll pick it up from there.
WhatsApp is available 24 hrs Monday to Friday. Our team is spread globally, so there will always be someone available to respond.

Response times
We aim to respond to all WhatsApp messages within 1 hour Monday to Friday.
What to use it for
WhatsApp works well for:
