The dashboard is also fully optimized for mobile devices, allowing you to check your stats and key insights on the go. Whether you’re in the office or on the move, you can now stay connected and monitor your operations from anywhere.

 

Upon login, you will see the Dashboard, which boasts several key insights from the last 30 days. It will also provide shortcuts to guide you. Below is a breakdown of what you'll find on the Dashboard:

Automation

  • Description: This section tracks the level of automation in fulfilling your orders. It shows the percentage of orders that enter “Ready for Fulfillment” without manual intervention.
  • Data Displayed:
    • Automated: The percentage of orders that were fully automated.
    • Manual: The percentage of orders that required manual action.

Fulfillment SLA Delays

  • Description: This graph displays the delays in orders in the "Fulfilling by 3PL" stage, grouped by how long the delay lasted. This helps you monitor our service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Data Displayed: Categories include 'Same day,' 'Next day,' '2-day,' 'Week delay,' 'Fortnight delay,' 'Month delay,' and 'More than a month.'

Shipped Orders SLA

  • Description: This section tracks the delivery performance of your shipped orders. It shows the time taken for an order to move from “Fulfilling by 3PL” to “Shipped”. It categorizes delays based on how late the shipments were, helping you assess our shipping SLA compliance.
  • Data Displayed:
    • Same day: Orders shipped on the same day.
    • Next day: Orders shipped the next business day.
    • Fortnight delay: Orders delayed by 6-10 business days.

Tracking Status SLA

  • Description: This graph provides an overview of the tracking status of your shipped orders. It helps you track the movement and status of orders after they have been handed to the courier.
  • Data Displayed:
    • Pending: Tracking statuses waiting to be processed.
    • In transit: Orders currently being transported.
    • Awaiting collection: Orders ready for pickup by the customer.
    • Delivered: Orders successfully delivered to the customer.
    • Exception: Orders facing issues during shipping.
    • Returned: Orders returned to sender.

Order Statistics

  • Description: This section provides a quick overview of various order-related metrics, allowing you to monitor different aspects of your order processing and fulfillment.
  • Data Displayed:
    • Return Orders: Number of orders currently being returned.
    • ASN Orders: Number of Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) orders currently in progress.
    • Work Orders: Number of work orders by their status (e.g., draft, started).
    • Insurance Orders: Orders with insurance claims, broken down by status (e.g., lost in transit, no tracking update, damaged product).

Notifications

  • Description: This widget summarizes key alerts and notifications that require your attention. It helps you stay on top of tasks that need immediate action.
  • Data Displayed:
    • Rate Proposals: Number of rate proposals waiting for approval.
    • Action Required Orders: Orders that require manual intervention.
    • Low Stock and Out of Stock Products: Number of products that are "Low Stock" or "Out of stock".
    • Open Tickets: Number of customer support tickets waiting for your response.
