There are three stages to a complete order flow: Orders, Manifests, and Shipping. You can configure Borderless360 to manage your order flow either automatically or by requiring your manual input. First, let's look at fulfilling draft orders ready for manifesting.
Set draft orders to fulfill automatically
- From the Dashboard, choose Settings from the sidebar.
- Choose Configuration from the header bar.
- In the Order Configuration area, switch Fulfilment to 'Automatic.'
- Finally, set your local time using the Timezone dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
All draft orders entering the Orders page will now be fulfilled automatically along with their shipping documents ready for manifesting.
Set draft orders to fulfill manually
- From the Dashboard, choose Settings from the sidebar.
- Choose Configuration from the header bar.
- In the Order Configuration area, switch Fulfilment to 'Manual.'
- Finally, set your local time using the Timezone dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
How to manually fulfill orders
Now, to manually fulfil draft orders along with their shipping documents:
- Choose Orders from the sidebar.
- Choose Draft from the header bar. You will see draft orders listed here awaiting actions.
- Select the order(s) using the radio buttons.
- You'll have three options.
- Save as draft: this saves your progress until you're ready to continue with the order.
- Auto fulfill: Borderless360 will determine the best way to ship the order based on your predetermined shipping rules.
- Get rates: Clicking Get rates shows you your available rates to ship the order. You’ll need to select your preferred method to continue with the order.
- Save as draft: this saves your progress until you're ready to continue with the order.

The fulfilled order(s) will then have ‘Fulfilled' status, and their shipping documents will be generated ready for manifesting.
