There are three stages to a complete order flow: Orders, Manifests, and Shipping. You can configure Borderless360 to manage your order flow either automatically or by requiring your manual input. First, let's look at fulfilling draft orders ready for manifesting.
Committing pending manifests automatically
Manifesting means consolidating fulfilled orders ready for dispatch with a courier. It is necessary to manifest all orders and it must be done prior to shipping. To do this:
- From the Dashboard, choose Settings from the sidebar.
- Choose Configuration from the header bar.
- In the Order Configuration area, switch Manifest to 'Automatic.'
- Click Save.
All fulfilled orders entering the Manifests page will now be committed automatically, and will be ready to ship.
Committing pending manifests manually
- From the Dashboard, choose Settings from the sidebar.
- Choose Configuration from the header bar.
- In the Order Configuration area, switch Manifest to 'Manual.'
- Click Save.
Now, to manually commit manifests:
- Choose Manifests from the sidebar.
- Choose Pending from the header bar.
- Select the manifest(s) using the radio buttons.
- Click Bulk Actions.
- Choose Commit Manifest.
The committed manifest(s) will now be ready to ship.
