This guide will walk you through the steps to enable notifications for both ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) and Return Orders. Once activated, you'll receive an email confirmation whenever a return or ASN is received by our team and the condition of the items is logged. Follow the steps below to ensure you're always up-to-date on your returns process.

Here’s how you can set up ASN and Return Order email notifications:
- From the Dashboard, choose Settings from the sidebar.
- Choose Notifications from the header bar.
- Under the Notification Settings, you will see toggle switches for ASN orders and return orders.
- To enable these notifications, simply click the Enable button next to each option (ASN Orders and Return Orders).
- Click the Save button to apply your changes.

Once enabled, you will receive email confirmations when a return is received, and the condition of the items is logged.
Products received as New will be handled according to your request, either returned to stock or processed as instructed.
Products received as Damaged will be quarantined or disposed of, based on the instructions you provided.You can also view the full details in the Returns page in the app.
