Frequently asked questions about the Borderless360 stock out process

Termination date
Once you have requested to stock out, you have 30 days to stock out from our warehouses. You may choose a preferred stock out date within this period.
Outstanding issues which require resolution
Any overdue payment of claims will be processed and sent as soon as they are available. Outstanding pick/pack credits will be discounted from your final bill.
Transition
B360 to continue with all services until an agreed specified termination date.
Access
B360 to allow access to the portal for 14 days post the termination date Please refer to the following document from our help site here. B360 will provide a master file export with all records as a CSV. B360 will provide a master export of all ASN’s
Claims
Any shipment through our network and own courier account will be covered during the timeframe up to the stock out date.
Return to sender
RTS orders received post-termination are to be collated and sent on a monthly basis for a total period of 6 months. B360 will notify you or reply to questions in relation to this.
Pre-payments
Any balance of pre-payments are to be refunded in full. Any refunds of payments will be returned. The shipping discount will apply as a percentage of what has been used.
