Inbound shipment FAQs

How do you handle inbound receiving?

We follow a structured receiving process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Every delivery must be pre-advised using an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice). When the goods arrive, our warehouse team checks the items against the ASN for both quantity and condition. Only once verified are the goods booked into inventory.

Do I need to create an ASN for deliveries?

Yes, an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) is mandatory for all incoming deliveries. Deliveries received without an ASN may be rejected or delayed. Submitting an ASN in advance helps us schedule and process your shipment promptly.

What are your receiving hours?

Our standard receiving hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time. This is subject to change depending on region/location. Please ensure all deliveries are scheduled within this window to avoid any delays.

How long does it take to receive goods into inventory?

Receiving times vary based on shipment size and current volume. However, we aim to process all deliveries within 24 hours of arrival. For more details, please refer to our service level agreement (SLA).

Can I request priority receiving for urgent deliveries?

Yes. If you have an urgent shipment that requires prioritised handling, please contact our team in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
