Can I send mixed products or batch numbers on a pallet?
We recommend sending single SKU pallets whenever possible to streamline receiving and inventory accuracy. However, we do accept mixed products and mixed batch numbers on pallets if clearly labelled and documented.
Do you have specific pallet requirements?
There are no strict pallet requirements. However, we prefer standard-sized, stackable pallets in good condition to optimise warehouse space and handling safety.
Can pallets contain mixed products when stored?
Yes, mixed products can be stored on a single pallet as long as the items are properly separated, labelled, and easy to identify.
Is there a maximum number of pallets I can store?
Our storage capacity is flexible and can accommodate high volumes. However, if you're planning to store more than 500 pallets, please notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
