At Borderless360, we’re committed to ensuring your inventory reaches our warehouses without errors or delays. Proper receiving lays the foundation for efficient storage and fulfillment. Follow this guide to package and ship your products correctly every time and avoid unnecessary fees or disruptions.
Before sending inventory, ensure your shipment complies with our Valid ASN checklist and meets all packaging, labeling, and tracking requirements.
Valid ASN Checklist
Complete every step to avoid delays or incurring Non-Valid ASN Fees:
- Products must meet B360’s Acceptable Products Policy.
- Submit an Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) in the B360 app.
- Correctly package and label pallets, cartons, and singles.
- Ensure product counts match the ASN submission.
- Shipments must arrive free of customs, duties, and tariffs, with the correct Importer of Record and Tax IDs.
Add tracking details to the ASN in the app.
How to Package Your Products
Singles
Pack single items in protective, ship-ready packaging or polybags to prevent damage during transit and storage.
Cartons
Group products as singles within cartons. Cartons protect products during transit and handling.
Important: We cannot support mixed SKUs inside the same carton. This would cause errors or delays and you may incur Non-Valid ASN Fees.
Pallets
Our facilities do not accept CHEP, Loscam, or Euro pallets and cannot accommodate pallet exchanges. Please ensure your shipment uses standard, plain pallets to avoid delays. Work with your supplier or freight forwarder to confirm compatibility.

Fragile Products
Add "Fragile" stickers to external packaging for products requiring special handling.
Adding a Receiving Label with the ASN Number
Receiving Labels ensure quick and accurate processing of your shipment. You can download these from the Shipping Documents column on the ASN Orders page in the B360 app.

Steps to Add a Receiving Label:
- Download and Print: Generate the label from the app. You can find it in the ASN Details page under Courier Information
- Affix to Packages: Place the label on each carton, ensuring the barcode, ASN number, source address, and destination address are visible.
- Fill in Carton Numbers: Use the designated field on the top right of the label to indicate carton numbers (e.g., "1 of 10").

Using Your Own Courier
Ship inventory via truck or container:
- Trucks: Follow the courier's specific requirements for collection.
- Containers: Let us know if your shipment is floor-loaded or pallet-loaded. Ensure products are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

All products must be packaged securely during transport to avoid movement and damage to goods. Damaged goods may incur Non-Valid ASN Fees, so ensure secure packaging for all shipments.
Adding a Tracking Number
After shipping, update the courier’s Tracking Number in the ASN submission within the B360 app. This helps our team monitor inbound shipments and ensures efficient receiving.
Customs Clearance and Insurance
Customs Clearance
As a merchant, you’re responsible for clearing customs and paying duties on your inventory. Provide the correct Importer of Record and Tax IDs for seamless processing. Need help? B360 offers a customs clearance service—just reach out to our team.
Insurance
Protect your inventory in transit with a robust insurance policy. We recommend insuring all shipments sent to B360 warehouses.
