Before you send stock to the warehouse, you'll need to create an Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) in the Borderless360 app. This ensures the warehouse knows what to expect — and can receive your inventory without delays.

🧾 What Is an ASN?
An ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) is a digital notice that tells the warehouse:
- What products you’re sending
- In what quantities
- In what packaging format (boxes, pallets, containers)
- When it’s expected to arrive
More info:
Creating an ASN
- Log in to B360.
- Choose ASN Orders from the side bar.
- Click Create ASN Order.

You’re now in the new ASN Order Details page.
Adding Products:
- Search or Type Product Names: Find the products you want to send one-by-one.
- Add Quantities: Enter the quantity for each product.

Downloading Receiving Labels

You must download, print and affix Receiving Labels to all packages. Receiving Labels ensure our warehouses can quickly identify your inventory and get it ready for fulfilment. You'll find the download button in the Shipping Documents column on the ASN Orders page.

Each ASN is assigned a single label that can be reprinted for each carton, eliminating the need for a file containing individual labels for each carton.
Simply affix the label and fill in the carton number at the top right of the page. The space to fill in the carton number looks like this:

Bulk-importing orders into an ASN
If you have several orders you’d like to add to the ASN, you can do so using the Bulk Import feature. You’ll first need to create a new ASN, and save it as draft. Then you can add to it.
- Open the draft ASN.
- Click Edit.
- Click Bulk Import.
- Click Download Template, to open a spreadsheet ready to use.
- Add the product information into the spreadsheet.
- Open the sharing permissions by clicking Share, then choosing Anyone with the link can view, copying the link to your clipboard, and clicking Done.
- Back in B360, paste the copied link into the Google Drive Link field, and click Validate.
- With validation done, click Approve.
- Returning to the order, you’ll see the imported items in the Order Details section.
- To finish, click Save and Fulfil.
