We’ve launched our new Live Orders Page, designed to bring real-time collaboration and transparency to your order management!
This update transforms the Orders page by making all actions and status changes instantly visible to every user within your company.
What's New?
- Real-Time Collaboration: Any change you or a teammate makes is reflected immediately across the platform for all users.
- Instant Visibility: When orders are created, copied, fulfilled, or canceled, the updated statuses and order counts are visible instantly, eliminating the need to refresh the page.
- Live Status Updates: Watch the number of orders in categories like "Action Required" change in real-time as fulfillment processes occur or orders are updated.
See the action happen live! For example, if you copy three orders, all other users will instantly see three new orders created. If fulfillment is attempted, everyone will immediately see the fulfillment status, whether successful or "Action Required."
This feature is designed to ensure everyone on your team has the most accurate, up-to-the-second information to streamline your operations.
Menu Redesign
We’ve refreshed the sidebar menu to make navigation faster, clearer, and easier.
The updated layout improves icon consistency, and provides a cleaner overall experience.
