We have introduced an additional way for your customers to track their orders. Alongside the tracking links sent by email and the tracking options available through your Borderless360 system, customers can now search directly on your branded tracking page.
Many customers return to your site later without their original tracking link. They might search your brand, switch devices, or misplace the email. The Tracking Page Search gives them an easy alternative. By entering their order number or tracking number, they can retrieve their tracking details at any time.
