Update to Bundles: Update, Edit, Import
We’ve improved the way you manage product bundles in the app. Previously, you could only import new product bundles. Now, just like with individual products, you can export, edit, and import your product bundles in bulk using Google Sheets.
Here’s how it works:
- Click Update Bundle Products on the Products Page
- An embedded Google Sheet will open and you will see all current bundles listed.
- Make changes directly in the sheet. You can:
- Update quantities
- Modify existing bundles
- Add new bundles
- Click Update and the changes will apply automatically.
This makes managing bundles faster, easier, and more consistent across your product catalog.
Royal Mail Returns: QR Code Now Available in the UK
We’ve made returning parcels easier for your UK customers!
Customers returning items via Royal Mail can now use a QR code instead of printing a label. On the return order tracking page, customers will see a new option:
“Open Return Label QR”
They can simply open the QR code on their phone and present it at any Royal Mail drop-off point, where staff can scan it and print the return label for them. This removes the need for a home printer and simplifies the returns process.
