Dimensions Added to CSV Exports for Better Volumetric Surcharge Transparency
We've updated our CSV exports to include dimensions, giving you greater insight into volumetric surcharges. Now, when reviewing your wallet transactions, you'll see a breakdown of actual weight, volumetric weight, and chargeable weight, helping you better understand how couriers determine shipping costs.
What’s New?
- CSV files now include parcel dimensions
- Clearer visibility into chargeable weight calculations
Where to find the reports
- Head to the Wallet Payment.
- Identify the invoice with the description Volumetric/Chargeable weight surcharge
- Click the Attachment Icon with the CSV label.

✅ New: Verified Products
We’ve introduced a new “Verified” badge to help you easily identify which products in your catalog have been successfully checked and confirmed by our team.
A Verified product means:
- All product details (SKU, description, dimensions, weight, etc.) have been reviewed
- Once verified, products cannot be edited by your team. Please reach out to our support staff to update information for verified products.
Why this matters
Getting your product data right is essential for fast and accurate fulfillment and billing. With the Verified badge, you can:
- Avoid costly weight surcharges by couriers.
- Gain more confidence in your stock accuracy
How to verify your products
- Easily verify your products by review and updating your product data in the app.
- Our team will cross reference your data with weight information received from past courier invoices.
- If you would like us to weight and measure your goods onsite, please reach out to our support team at support@borderless360.com. Work carried out at the warehouse will require a Work Order request.
Where to see your verified products
- Go to Products
- Look for the green “Verified” badge next to each product.
Borderless360 Order Search Chrome Extension
The Borderless360 Chrome extension provides a fast and lightweight way to access order information without logging into the main app. Ideal for support agents who need to respond quickly while using other platforms.
How to Install
- Open the Chrome Web Store listing.
- Click Add to Chrome.
- Pin the extension to your Chrome toolbar for easy access.
How to Use
- Click the extension icon.
- Enter a GVS or GVR number, customer name, or tracking number.
- Results will show a brief order summary and a direct link to the full order in Borderless360.
- Click the link to open the order in a new tab.

- Valid Borderless360 account login
