Order Export Report Additions – Order Lines & New Packages Report
Release Date: June 26, 2025 and July 17, 2025
We’ve rolled out improvements to export reporting to support more detailed shipment and product analysis.
Order Lines Report – Additional Fields
The existing Order Lines Report (.csv) now includes:
- Latest Tracking Scan
- Latest Tracking Scan Date
- Serial (Batch Number)
- Expiry (Best Before End / BBE)
These additions help clients monitor stock quality and outbound delivery activity more effectively.
New: Packages Report (.csv)
A brand new Packages Report export is now available. It provides package-level insight, including:
- Dimensions (length, width, height)
- Weight
- Order Status
- Tracking number and last scan info
- Acceptance and Last tracking Scan timestamps
- Sender and receiver details
This is especially useful for reviewing how your shipments are packed, tracking courier performance, or managing shipping costs.
