We have introduced two upgrades to improve the accuracy and usefulness of your AI Agent.
First, the AI Agent now provides Fallback Suggestions whenever it does not have enough information to answer a question confidently. Instead of stopping the conversation, it guides you toward related topics or actions that may help you find what you need.
Second, the AI Agent can now look up order status directly from a tracking number or reference number, giving you faster access to shipment details without navigating through multiple screens.

How It Works
Fallback Suggestions
When the AI Agent does not have enough information to provide a confident answer, it will present a list of related suggestions. These may include similar topics, recommended actions, or areas to explore next.

Order Status by Tracking or Reference Number
Simply type or paste any tracking number or reference number into the AI Agent chat. The agent will return:
- Current shipment status
- Last known location
- Delivery progress
- Any relevant carrier updates
