Borderless360 enforces a Minimum Shipping Volume (MSV) to ensure that our operations run efficiently and that we continue to provide competitive rates for our clients.

Minimum Shipping Volume (MSV) refers to the least number of monthly orders a client is required to ship with us. The MSV for all clients is set at 1000 orders per month.

Having a MSV in place ensures that our business remains economically viable.

You will be notified automatically via the Borderless360 app.

A Monthly Shipping Volume Fee (MSVF) of $500 USD will be charged for each month your order volume is below the MSV. This fee will be automatically billed within 1-5 days of the following month and will be itemised as a Minimum Shipping Volume Fee on your bill.

MSV Fee: $500 USD a month

If your order volume remains below the MSV for more than two months, we will reach out to discuss supportive measures to help increase your order volume.
