Maintaining operations in more than one country

Borderless360 is committed to fostering global commerce by offering tailored solutions to international e-commerce retailers. Our operational model and pricing are structured to support the unique needs and scaling objectives of businesses operating across multiple countries.


Policy Statement

International Operations: Borderless360 clients are required to maintain operations in more than one country as a prerequisite for continued partnership. This means when clients come onboard, they are already shipping orders in more than one country, or at least have intent to ship into a second country.

Two Region Intent: Borderless360's services help retailers scale quickly into new markets. It is for this reason, we accept new clients who are currently only shipping in one region, but have intent to ship into a second. In this scenario, we review the retailer's order locations after three months to determine whether they have hit their intended two region target. We continually monitor our clients' order data to ensure this two region minimum is upheld.

Borderless360 reserves the right to cease partnerships with retailers that do not honour our two region minimum stipulation for a period of longer than three months.

Rationale

Global Scalability: Our services are designed to add the most value to businesses with international operations. The efficiencies and cost benefits we provide are maximised when servicing clients operating in multiple regions.

Economic Viability: The economic viability of our service offerings is contingent upon the global scale of operations. Working with clients that operate solely within a single country adversely affects our ability to maintain competitive pricing and superior service levels.

Resource Allocation: Our resources are optimised to support the global operational needs of our clients. Diverting these resources to support domestic-only operations undermines our mission and compromises the quality of service we can provide to our other clients.

Implications

Evaluation of Operations: We routinely review the operational scale of our clients to ensure compliance with this policy. Should a client scale down to operate solely within one country, we regretfully would be unable to continue our partnership.

Transition Support: In the event that a client transitions to domestic-only operations, we are committed to providing support during the transition phase to ensure a smooth changeover.
