Transitioning Between Tiers
Moving Up a Tier
To move up a tier, we require a steady increase in your order volume over a three-month period to ensure sustained growth.
Moving Down a Tier
We review clients' order volumes every calendar month. If your order volume for a month falls below the threshold for your current tier, you will be moved to a lower tier.
You will be notified of any change in tier through an in-app message, and the new tier pricing will be reflected in your rate card.
Tier 3 Growth Plan Considerations
Transitioning to Tier 3 involves a thorough review of your business size, freight profile, average product price, number of SKUs, and operational locations to create a tailored rate profile for your business.
