โ๏ธ Integration Settings Explained
Setting | What it does | When to use it | More information |
Sync Start Date | Orders from this date will import into B360 | Use todayโs date unless your warehouse hasnโt started fulfilling yet | This is the date youโd like to start syncing orders to Borderless360. It is specific to onboarding. |

โฑ Scheduled Order Sync & Import Delay
Two ways to manage order timing:

8. ๐ฆ Extra Options & Advanced Settings
- Skip product titles โ Exclude specific products (like โBagโ or โGift Noteโ) from syncing
- Country filter โ Only import orders from specific countries
- Safety stock โ Automatically set stock to 0 if below a minimum level
- Partially fulfilled orders โ Supported, but bundles cannot be partially fulfilled
- Tracking events โ Syncs from B360 back to Shopify, even for custom couriers
- Disable integration โ Pauses sync (orders already created will still fulfill)
9. ๐งฎ Managing Customs Values & Discounts
For bundles, use the Bundle Customs Value option to distribute declared value evenly across items, especially when discounts are applied.
