How does your return process work?

Our return process is designed to be straightforward and transparent. Returned items are received into a designated returns area, logged against the original order (where applicable), and inspected for condition. Based on the inspection, items are either restocked, quarantined, or discarded depending on client preferences.

How are quarantined goods managed in your system?

Quarantined items are not added back to inventory in our system and they are separated physically from sellable inventory. They remain visible for audit and reporting purposes and can only be moved following written approval from the client.

How are quarantined items handled physically?

Physically, quarantined stock is stored in a clearly designated area of the warehouse. These goods are segregated from general inventory to prevent accidental dispatch.
