Keep your operations running smoothly by staying on top of outstanding payments and wallet balances. Borderless360 provides tools to efficiently settle failed invoices and ensures you're alerted to low balances or overdue payments with enhanced email notifications.
Retry Invoice Charge
- Ensure sufficient funds are in your wallet.
- Select 'View' next to the desired currency wallet.
- Navigate to the Failed tab within your wallet.
- Select the Failed Invoices using the radial buttons
- Click Actions then Retry Invoice Charge to settle payments.
Payments must be cleared within two business days to avoid fulfillment suspensions. Once resolved, services will reactivate within one business day.
Email Notifications for Failed or Outstanding Payments
Enhanced Email Notifications: We have implemented email notifications for the following events:

Outstanding Payment Invoices | Notifies you of the currency wallets that have insufficient funds to settle pending invoices. Warns you that services may be suspended if the balance remains insufficient | Top up your currency wallets to prevent any interruption to your fulfillment services |
Fulfillment Deactivation | Notifies you of the suspension of your order fulfillment services due to insufficient wallet balance and outstanding invoices. | To reinstate fulfillment top up your wallet. |
