Wallet Overview and Navigation
View your wallet details through two main options:
- View: Access running balance and detailed transaction information
- History: Review past top-ups and payment history
See Top Up History
Click on History to view the wallet's Top-Up history.
- For Credit Card and Airwallex transactions, the Wallet Payment Reference is displayed.
- For Bank Transfers, the Credit Note reference is shown.
View the Running Balance
The Running Balance feature provides:
- Detailed tracking of wallet payments
- Credit note allocation to invoices
- Outstanding payments that require action.
Tip: Use the Filter feature to view only credit notes or invoices for easier reconciliation.
Click through on a Payment Reference for more detailed information.
Transactions
Click Transactions to see a list of all transactions in that particular currency. You can utilise the filters for a more ease in managing your financial records.
Managing Outstanding Payments
Quickly resolve unpaid invoices to maintain uninterrupted services:
- Ensure sufficient funds are in your wallet.
- Select 'View' next to the desired currency wallet.
- Navigate to the Failed tab within your wallet.
- Select the Failed Invoices using the radial buttons
- Click Actions then Retry Invoice Charge to settle payments.
Payments must be cleared within two business days to avoid fulfillment suspensions. Once resolved, services will reactivate within one business day.
Email Notifications for Outstanding Payments
Enhanced Email Notifications: We have implemented email notifications for the following events:
Email | Reason | Resolution |
Balance below the average weekly expenditure | A wallet's balance has fallen below the average weekly expenditures | Update your wallet balance at your earliest convenience |
Outstanding Payment Invoices | Notifies you of the currency wallets that have insufficient funds to settle pending invoices. Warns you that services may be suspended if the balance remains insufficient | Top up your currency wallets to prevent any interruption to your fulfillment services |
Fulfillment Deactivation | Notifies you of the suspension of your order fulfillment services due to insufficient wallet balance and outstanding invoices. | To reinstate fulfillment top up your wallet. |
Fulfillment Activation | Notifies you of activated fulfillment services. | No action needed |
