Our user account management system allows you to add and customize users in the app according to your specific requirements.

User Roles & Permissions
- Admin:
- Full access to the portal, including Shipping Rates and Billing sections.
- Can add users and change roles. (see chapter on Adding a new User below)
- Member:
- Access to the portal, including Shipping Rates and Billing sections.
- Cannot modify or create roles and users.
- Collaborator:
- Access to the portal but no access to the Billing section and Shipping rates.
- Cannot modify or create roles and users.
Adding a new User
Admin Control Panel for Users
The Admin Control Panel for users is now available for admin-type roles only. This feature allows admins to manage users efficiently.
- User List: View a list of all users.
- User Details Page: Access detailed information about each user.

How to add a user and send a welcome email
Under the settings page, you can create, modify, enable and disable users and their roles. It visible only to those in admin roles.
- To add a new user, head to Settings
- Choose Users
- Click on the Add User button.

- Fill in the user's information, choose their role, and press save.

Send a Welcome Email
Don't forget to send a "Welcome email" via action within the user form page.
The email will direct the new user to the app to create their password.

To change the Role of a user, simply select Admin, Member, or Collaborator from the Role drop down on the Users dashboard.

How to Disable/Enable User Accounts
Select the user you want to enable/disable, press the corresponding button.

Changing your Account Information and Password
To keep your account information up to date, you can easily modify your user details or change your password. Follow these steps to make updates.
To change existing user account details:
- In the Dashboard, select Settings from the sidebar.
- From the header bar, click Account.
- Update your details as needed, then click Save.
