How to refer retailers to Borderless360
When you refer a retailer to Borderless360, you both receive a $4,000 USD reward, either in your USD wallet in the app to use as credit or as cash to your chosen bank account. If you don't have a USD wallet in the app or you don't want the cash in USD, this will be exchanged into your nominated currency/wallet on the day of exchange.
Here are the steps:
- Log into the B360 app.
- Find the Referral Program by:
- Clicking your account name in the top right and selecting ‘Earn Credit Through Referrals’ or
- Clicking Settings and choosing Referral Program from the header bar.
- Clicking your account name in the top right and selecting ‘Earn Credit Through Referrals’ or

- Clicking your account name in the top right and selecting ‘Earn Credit Through Referrals’ or
- Clicking Settings and choosing Referral Program from the header bar.
- From your referral dashboard, send unique referral links by email (you can also copy the unique link to your clipboard to share using other methods) and keep track of who you’ve referred.
Once you've sent referral links, we'll do the rest.
Referral Program terms & conditions
- The reward will be paid out once the referred retailer signs up to Borderless360, meets our Minimum Shipping Volume (MSV) of 1,000 orders per month, and ships a minimum of 1,000 orders with us.
- The reward cannot be used in conjunction with Pricing Packs.
- There is no limit on how many retailers you can refer, and there is no expiry on the reward.
