Once the return has arrived, our facility will inspect the order to your specification and advise the result for your instructions. Each return has a Return State, which provides insights into the condition of the returned items:
All items received in good condition and added back to stock.
Some items were damaged or quarantined as per your instructions.
When a return is processed, the Received Details section provides visibility into:
- Items that were returned as expected.
- Items that were not expected but were received.
- Items that were expected but not received.
Tooltip Descriptions:
- Expected quantity is more than actual: More items were received than expected.
- Expected quantity is less than actual: Fewer items were received than expected.
Use the Date of Arrival and Return State columns on the dashboard for quick updates on return conditions.
