In this article we will show you how to create a B2B order in the Borderless360 app.
To create a B2B order
From the Dashboard, choose Orders from the sidebar.
Click Create order
In the editable page of the order, you will see a section called courier options and a check box for B2B orders.
The default setting is unchecked, which means the current status of the order is B2C. To mark it as a B2B order,
Simply check the B2B order box.
Then click Save as draft
Next, you will need to create a ticket for the order, select Quote Request from the dropdown menu, include any extra information and hit send.

Once you have submitted your request, the Borderless360 operations team will be in contact with a quote and timeframe. Please make sure to include as much detail about your shipment as you can, this will help our team expedite the order.
