Always on the lookout for ways we can improve our services, we've made an update to the insurance claims process!
In a nutshell, we've made it easier for you to view, log and follow up on your insurance claims.
The system now features an insurance dashboard that lists your claims and their current status. Additionally, all claims can be found as tickets in the ticketing app so you can respond to messages or attach important images or documents.
You will now see whether your claim is being processed, if it's accepted or rejected, or if it has been paid out.
