Our ticketing system is now fully integrated with Gorgias, giving you a seamless messaging and order monitoring experience. Feel free to contact customer support to schedule a demo.

This article will show you how to create and authorise the integration from within the Borderless360 app and how to start using it on the Gorgias website.

A form will appear on the screen with a few fields to fill in.

First is name. This is the name you will give to your integration. You can write any name of your choice.

The next three fields require information from your Gorgias account. These are Base API URL, Username, Password (API key). To retrieve this information, head over to Gorgias.

  1. Click the three dots next to the Tickets title in the top right of the screen

  2. Click Settings, then REST API from the sidebar

You will find the credentials needed to complete the setup. Simply copy and paste these credentials into the corresponding fields in the Borderless360 app.

Next, you can decide whether to include the Gorgias Cancel and Return widget controls. Checking the boxes will ensure the Cancel and Return buttons will be visible.
