This article will show you how to create and authorise the integration from within the Borderless360 app and how to start using it on the Gorgias website.
Setup the integration
First, you will need to set up the integration in Borderless360. In the app:
Click Settings, then Integrations
You will see a number of different integrations available. Click Gorgias.
Click Add new Gorgias integration
A form will appear on the screen with a few fields to fill in.

First is name. This is the name you will give to your integration. You can write any name of your choice.

The next three fields require information from your Gorgias account. These are Base API URL, Username, Password (API key). To retrieve this information, head over to Gorgias.
Click the three dots next to the Tickets title in the top right of the screen
Click Settings, then REST API from the sidebar
You will find the credentials needed to complete the setup. Simply copy and paste these credentials into the corresponding fields in the Borderless360 app.

Widgets
Next, you can decide whether to include the Gorgias Cancel and Return widget controls. Checking the boxes will ensure the Cancel and Return buttons will be visible.
Checking the authorization
Once you are happy with your configuration, hit save. Next, click the toggle switch to enable the integration.
Then, head over to Gorgias
Click Settings, then Integrations
Select HTTP.
You will now see an On - Off toggle for your Borderless360 Gorgias integration. Next, click the name and you can enter the HTTP settings for the integration.
Click save and you are ready to start creating tickets.
Once you have created a ticket in Gorgias, you will seed the widgets for Return and Cancel featured at the top of the ticket.
Disabling the integration
If you would like to disable the Borderless360 Gorgias integration, head to the Borderless360 app.
Click Settings, then Integrations
Choose Gorgias
Select Edit
A Disable - Enable toggle will appear. Click the toggle so it slides to Disable. Once you disable the integration, it will no longer talk to the Gorgias API.
Click Save. Once you disable the integration, it will no longer talk to the Gorgias API. The integration will be automatically disabled in Gorgias for you.
