It is now possible to create a general ticket that isn’t linked to an order or shipment. You can now also subscribe to email notifications that alert you when you’ve received a reply.

Why was this change made?

Tickets that were unrelated to current orders or shipments were not supported in the previous version. You can now ask our team questions that aren't related to an order with this update.

To create a general ticket:

  1. Select Tickets from the sidebar.

  2. Click the Create New Ticket button at the top right of the page.

  3. Start typing your message, hit send, and one of our Client Success representatives will respond within the hour.

To sign up for email alerts:

In the app, click the notification icon in the ticket window to subscribe to email notifications. The icon will turn purple.

To unsubscribe, click the notification icon and select unsubscribe. The icon will return to grey.
