Borderless360 has gone live with our in-app ticketing system, a centralised communication channel for all your shipping and fulfillment enquiries.

The system provides you with more visibility over your enquiries.

You are able to easily raise a shipment enquiry, inbound receiving enquiry, accounting enquiry, an enquiry about a pick pack error or a returns request, or other enquiry from within the app.

View, update or add tags to tickets from your ticketing dashboard, as well as filter messages by including and/or excluding tags.

The system also offers rich analytics measured against our SLAs.

Our ticketing system is fully integrated with Gorgias, giving you a seamless messaging and order monitoring experience.
