Below you’ll find a list of our warehouses and their operating hours over the Christmas season. If you have any orders that need to be shipping during a scheduled closure, please let us know so we can redirect your order. We expect the period to be extremely busy and so it is worth noting that leaving shipments to the very last opening date may not guarantee Pre-Christmas delivery, so please advise your customers accordingly.

Our Sydney warehouse will be operating as normal but will be closed during the following dates:

Our Melbourne facility will be operating normally except on the following public holidays when they will close:

Please note our Hong Kong warehouse will be closed in the afternoon (1pm onwards) and operating a morning service from:

Please note we will be operating limited posting inland services from the 22nd of December, with no collections on the 24th of December.
Our Swindon UK facility will have limited opening hours on the following dates:

29th Dec: 8.30am to 4.30pm
30th Dec 8.30am to 4.30pm
31st Dec: 8.00am to 12.00pm
