We never like to lose a client but in the unlikely event that you do wish to stop working with us, you can stock out your inventory from our warehouses by following this procedure.

  1. First, you will need to give us at least 14 days’ notice so we can deploy resources and minimize disruption. Send an email to ops@borderless360.com informing us that you no longer wish to work with us. And please tell us why; your feedback will help us improve.

  2. If you'd like us to send you a data export link so that you can export your Borderless 360 data, please let us know.

  3. Next, you will need to settle all outstanding bills.

  4. We will then give you a time slot to pick up the goods.
