Manage returns addresses

We have added functionality enabling you to manage returns addresses more conveniently. Use Settings to easily choose for return orders to be shipped back to our 3PL facilities, back to your own facilities, or back to any address you fancy.

To add, edit, and delete returns addresses, visit Settings then Contacts. You will see a new tab labelled Returns.

What's more, we've improved the design, providing more information about the address from the drop-down.

Order information at a glance

You can now see more details about orders without clicking into them. You only need to hover over the new tooltip to see more.

Action Required provides order issue details

Shipping date

Address details

Courier details

More results per page

You can now view up to 100 orders per page.

Order count per order status

And you'll now see a count of orders relating to each order status.
