Now, let's look at updating integrations with manifested shipping information.

Updating integrations with shipping information automatically

Once a manifest is dispatched, updates containing the courier name(s), tracking number(s), and tracking URL(s) will need to be sent to the appropriate integrations. This way, inventories can be updated, and tracking information can be sent to customers if required.

To configure this process to happen automatically:

  1. From the Dashboard, choose Settings from the sidebar.

  2. Choose Configuration from the header bar.

  3. In the Order Configuration area, switch Shipping to 'Delay.'

  4. Next, using the Set Up Cutoff Time dials, set the time of day you'd like updates to occur.

  5. Finally, set your local time using the Timezone dropdown menu.

  6. Click Save.

All dispatched manifests will then trigger updates to your integrations automatically at your chosen time.

Updating integrations with shipping information manually

  1. From the Dashboard, choose Settings from the sidebar.

  2. Choose Configuration from the header bar.

  3. In the Order Configuration area, switch Shipping to 'Manual.'

  4. Finally, set your local time using the Timezone dropdown menu.

  5. Click Save
